As a tech company, we love technology and keep a close eye on what new advances are likely to be around the corner.
A great place to do this is London Tech Week, which starts 13th June.
What I love about these larger events is that it gives you a clear idea of what the tech industry (and particularly the big players) see as the biggest challenges at the moment. This year, the focus is:
- Climate Technologies
- Gender Equality in the Tech space (particularly female founders)
- Tech for Good
- Web 3.0 (and trying to figure out what that actually will look like once it’s stabilised)
There’s also a big focus on helping smaller companies grow, with a large Dragons Den-style pitching session to help match investors to scaling companies (Elevating Founders) and lots of sessions on different aspects of growing without losing your health or sanity.
Having been through my own business journey for the past 8 years, I can relate to most of these issues and always learn new things from these events.
Owning a Business = Constantly Learning
We’re looking forward to this years events, and meeting a wide range of different people from the tech world. I love meeting new people and swapping stories, and expect this event to be a wealth of contacts and new experiences.

If you’re attending, I hope you enjoy it too and I may well see you there!
